These terms apply to games published by Aurric Studios on the Roku platform. By installing or playing one of our games, you agree to them.
Using our games
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play our games on your Roku devices for non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute them.
Purchases
In-app purchases are sold and processed by Roku through Roku Pay and are subject to Roku’s terms, including its refund policy. Purchased content is tied to your Roku account. Virtual items such as coins or credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value.
Roku
Your use of the Roku platform is governed by Roku’s own terms. Roku is not responsible for our games or their content.
No warranty
Our games are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Aurric Studios is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from their use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game or purchase in question.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
